And today we turn to the idea that we are to be "A Growing Community."

WV Mission Trip: Springwood is forming a second mission team this summer. From August 9-16, they will go to West Virginia, stay at a Presbyterian Church, and work each day performing house repairs for a needy family. Many of the youth and youth leaders are going, but it is open to persons of all ages. If you are interested in going, speak with John Marion or Vickie Williams.

The Session of Springwood has decided to apply to join the city of Burlington. It was determined that this is in the best interest of the long-term health and growth of the church. It will also help us address several on-going issues with our water and wastewater.
